Contact via Discord at WayoftheBee.Lali-ho! I'm a housing designer and decorator in Final Fantasy XIV. I mostly get requests for cozy, modern, and rustic spaces but I am open and willing to design anything (:
I have created everything from cozy cottages, to niche theme free companies, to venues.
I take my time with my designs, making sure things are perfectly aligned and symmetrical, as well as ensuring there are no spots with flickering textures, and creating lighting that just brings everything together.
I try my best to balance the decor with the space allowed, so designs don't become too cramped and cluttered. I like to utilize as much space in a residence as I can without cutting off too much.~ Serving all NA data centers ~

Furniture expenses are included in the pricing. Providing your own furniture or supplying furniture via crafting does not reduce the total cost.
I require a deposit of 30% of the total cost up front to get started, the remainder to be paid on completion.
If I am off my home world, the client will be required to obtain any items that cannot be obtained via gil, crafting, or otherwise untradable items. (like things locked behind Doman Enclave, Bicolor Gemstones, certain Phasmascapes, beast tribe items, etc.)
I will screenshot all messages and in game trades relevant to the housing project to make sure nothing gets missed and keep both parties accountable. (:
I encourage clients to be as specific as they can with what they're looking for in a design before I get started. I'm happy to make changes and adjustments as I go along as long as it's reasonable.
I typically finish designs with-in 2 weeks of getting started, sometimes earlier. If life happens and I have to be away from the game, or the timeline will be longer for any reason, I'll absolutely let you know.

Slightly modern, very gothy.
Commercial Kitchen | Small
The client requested a commercial style kitchen, complete with a small apartment for the chef and a quaint French-style cafe on the top floor.
Moonlit Aquarium Venue | Small
The client requested something a little gothy, a little cafe, and a lot abyssal moonlit aquarium for a venue spot. The Lunar Cafe is open Saturday nights on Primal, Exodus, Ward 29 Plot 42.
Western Bela'dian Tavern | Small
Client requested a western-esk adventurers' tavern inspired by the Bela'dian vibe and architecture of the Oasis, as well as the Coffer & Coffin in Central Thanalan.
Hidden Cave Retreat | FC Chamber
A small, tucked away grotto full of cozy greenery and florals, perfect for gposing.
Cozy Bathhouse | FC Chamber
A cozy, modern bathhouse with Eastern inspirations in mind.

Client wanted a classy, jazzy speakeasy full of rich red tones.
Scholar's Cottage | Small
A small cottage for a practical scholar. The client wanted a space tucked away in the woods where they could quietly read and enjoy tea.
